k=k means that the paper quality of corrugated boxes requires K grade paper to be produced, and the classification of paper grade is K A B C. The most commonly used is B=B; A=A is only used for special requirements; K=K is the top grade and is the most durable.

A cardboard box is basically made up of a flute (made up of recycled paper), sandwiched between two liners. When manufacturing boxes, we talk about two different types of liners. This is the material that lies on top and beneath the fluting and creates a corrugated board. Typically, cardboard boxes have a test paper inner liner and a Kraft paper outer. Bubble wrap

Bubble wrap is a pliable transparent plastic material used for packing fragile items. Regularly spaced, protruding air-filled hemispheres (bubbles) provide cushioning for fragile items.

It is a new type of plastic packaging material with a light texture, good transparency, non-toxic and lead-free, excellent insulator against impacts.

Add a wooden case to protect the whole sink.

Add a wooden case additionally to secure the package. This is not a conventional packaging method, but it is the safest.

To reduce the freight cost, we choose a lightweight wood material. Lighter pine wood is the best choice.

We usually use this packaging method to send the granite sink sample. A single sink is easier to crack or broken when shipping by courier.

There is no doubt that this packaging is the most expensive, but we need to take these measures to transport the sink safely to our customers and make sure it doesn’t undergo any damage.
