Selection of Raw Materials
The component proportion of the quartz sand and resin is 80：20. The particle composite materials we used are heat-resistant to 200℃ and with good anti-shock properties. All material reaches food-grade.

Production Process
Chica granite sink adopts the High-Temperature Casting Forming Process to manufacture. This production process makes a more density structure of the sink, which achieves a result of scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, and discoloring.
Quality Inspection
Before the product is packed, we arranged a strict quality inspection, including checks on the sink surface, make sure there are no defects, no bubbles. Weight each sink. Pick those out if found that is not meet the standards.
Strict Quality Test
Every finished product is through the heat-resistant and hardness test. Only a sink is considered to pass the test with boiling water continuously poured into the bowl for hours and withstand a 2 kg steel ball drops from one-meter height several times.
Safe Packaging
Our standard package is normally one sink put in a carton and using thick styrofoam to protect each corner of the sink. We also provide a custom package according to customers’ requirements.

Step 1-Choose Sink Design
Customers choose the desired sink style and we generate a mold for production. If it's a new style, we require a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces to cover mold costs.
Step 2-Sample Comfirm
Once the mold is ready, customers confirm the color and design of the sink samples, we can send the sample chips to check the color
Step 3-Mass production
After customers confirm the sink samples, we begin mass production.
Step 4-Quality inspection
Our quality inspection team checks each sink for defects before packing and shipping to ensure that the product meets the high-quality standards of customer's request.

It depends. If you want a sink model we already have, the MOQ is 30 pcs, and if you prefer a new deign, it needs to open a new mold, then we need at least 100 pcs to cover the mold cost.
